Organization Manav Kaushal Vikas Association is an All India NGO registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, running is under Section 8 Act 2013.

This organization runs various types of projects to promote employment and self-employment in rural areas. This organization does developmental work all over India by working on various projects for the economic assistance of the poor, villagers, women and helpless persons and by making them voluntary members to provide benefits to the unemployed poor and villagers. The organization conducts training programs in small scale industries, Village industries, Animal husbandry, Organic farming, Mechanization for Manufacturing etc. in rural areas. In this, the organization also operates tailoring centres, beauty parlour centres, education centres and computer centres in the areas as per requirement. Under the awareness program, the organization runs schemes related to education, health, agriculture and environment in rural areas. Selfless awareness campaigns are conducted regarding the benefits of institutional projects as well as government schemes in rural areas.

For the operation of various projects of the said organization, certain and necessary members are formed according to the post to work in the following areas. For which the organization is legally valid under an NGO policy to collect membership amount as per post to meet the expenses of the organization to be created. Membership post, educational qualification, age limit, field of work, honorarium and membership amount have been determined by the organization. The digital content received after taking membership is as follows: ID card, authorization letter, stationery, visiting card, flex banner, pamphlet, training video and receipt etc.

For residents of rural areas to avail the benefits of the organization's projects, it will be mandatory for the beneficiary to get a Samriddhi and Training Card worth Rs 100. The age limit of the card holder member should be between 14 years to 50 years and will have to become a member of the organization by getting the card made. The validity of the card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The centre project is not valid under the Samriddhi and Training Card. Which includes sewing centre, beauty parlour centre, education centre, and computer centre because the training time in the project of the said centre can be from 2 months to 2 years or more.

Under the organization's centre project, the membership registration amount and minimum monthly fee varies according to the subject and training of the centre. Sewing and beauty parlour trainees have to pay only the membership registration amount once. No monthly fees for these centres is accepted by the organization. If any member in the organization takes training from the institutional centre, then after the training, a valid certificate is provided to that member by the organization, which is beneficial for the member in future.

All the officials of the organization will be started according to the prosperity and training card made by the first honorarium workers.
All officials will be given honorarium as per the target set by the organization according to the project and post.
Any officer in the organization will be entitled to receive honorarium only according to the percentage of work he completes to the organization as per the target.

If less work is done by the official member then the honorarium will be reduced and if the work is completed then full honorarium will be given and if more work is done than the target then incentive amount will also be given along with the honorarium.

All these conditions will be applicable to every officer of the organization. If the work of an officer's team is less then his honorarium will be affected. That means his honorarium will also be given less by the organization.

It will be mandatory for the state in-charge to appoint divisional in-charge and district in-charge in all the districts of all the divisions of the state as per the rules of the organization. After making the cards of the villagers by the workers at the block and gram panchayat level of the district, honorarium will be provided on the above posts in relation to the target set by the organization.

After formation on the post of Supervisor, the Supervisor will appoint at least 20 workers as per the rules of the organization in all the villages falling under the 10 Gram Panchayats selected by him.

After being formed on the post of worker, the worker will make 200 Samriddhi and training cards and run the projects in the Gram Panchayat village of his work area as per the rules of the organization.

According to the percentage in which the prosperity and training cards have been made by the worker, honorarium will be given to the worker and all the upper officials of the worker and according to the same percentage, training like projects run by the organization and small industries etc. will be provided in the worker's work area.

The time, place and topic of training will be decided by the organization according to the number of target created by the workers.

Projects can be conducted by the organization in any area of India, but keeping in mind the interests of the organization and the general public, if there is time taken between one project and another, then no honorarium will be given to any member or officer for the time taken or the benefit will not be given.

After registration in the organization, no official member does any work for 30 days or violates the rules and conditions of the organization or makes illegal money laundering by misleading people by giving wrong information about the organization or tarnishes the image of the organization. If so, the organization will immediately expel such member officer and if necessary, will also take appropriate legal action against such person.

According to the return policy of the organization, if a member officer does not want to do any work in the organization after registration and does not want to avail any benefit, he can return it within 30 days at the reasonable expenses of the organization as per the rules of the organization. (like ID card forms, receipts, pamphlets, lanyards and courier charges) and is entitled to withdraw his balance amount after deducting the same. No honorarium will be given merely for team formation. On making the card and submitting it to the institution, honorarium will be given relative to the target. No money will be refunded to anyone after 30 days.

It is mandatory for all members and officers to follow the above terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions mentioned on your introduction letter, offer letter and contract letter is necessary.

The settlement of any dispute of any kind with the organization, with any male or female member and officer will be vested in the Honorable Court of Bareilly district, Uttar Pradesh only and not in any other district.
